Oh Mon Dieu Challenge Day 28 - Inspired by a TV Show

Inspired by: The Simpsons






I don't know what is wrong with my top coat (or maybe my polish) but it appears darker after I applied Revlon top coat --" I used OPI Japanese Rose Garden for the pink base and it turned into almost purple!!
